Q1: What does SEESII's warranty cover?

A: SEESII provides a 3-year limited warranty for new products purchased through authorized channels, including the official SEESII website, Amazon, eBay, and AliExpress. This warranty covers quality-related issues and ensures your satisfaction with our products.

Q2: Is the warranty valid internationally?

A: Yes, SEESII's warranty support extends worldwide. Wherever you are, we're committed to providing assistance and resolving any product-related concerns.

Q3: How can I make a warranty claim?

A: To initiate a warranty claim, please send your order number and specific details of the issue to cs@seesiius.com. We're here to expedite your claim and ensure a smooth process.

Q4: What is SEESII's return policy?

A: SEESII offers a 15-day return policy. Only orders with product quality problems will be returned, and photos and videos of the quality problems of the product must be provided. If photos and videos of product quality problems are not provided, the return policy will not be implemented. After checking the video, our product quality engineers will confirm whether it is a product quality problem. We do not implement the return policy for man-made damage or damage caused by force majeure. Please contact our email within 5 days after delivery. The return policy will not be implemented after 5 days. Please note that original and return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Q5: Can I cancel my order?

A: If your order was sent from China and has not yet arrived, you can cancel your order by contacting us at cs@seesiius.com for confirmation. However, once the package is shipped, we cannot cancel it.

Q6: What are the criteria for product returns?

A: To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You may incur original shipping and return shipping fees.

Q7: How are refunds processed for delayed or lost items?

A: Once we receive your returned product, we will process the refund in its original form. Please allow some processing time for the refund to appear in your account. If you do not receive your refund, please check with your bank and credit card company. If the issue persists, contact us at cs@seesiius.com, and we will assist you in obtaining your refund.
